Kollmorgen’s SC452-011-05 programmable brushless servo controller requires particular temperature, electrical and environmental conditions for optimum performance.
To the technical details, the SC452-011-05 controller weighs 2.7kgs and the recommended operating temperature with full ratings is 0 to 500C. When derating is in view linearly from 100 % to 70 %, the temperature range is 50 to 600C. When there is no condensation, the humidity is 10 to 90% and the peak height during installation is 1500 meters above the sea level. When storing the SC452-011-05 controller, the ambient temperature range is -55 to 700C. The nominal bus voltage of the 230 VAC Input is 320V and 160 V for 115 VAC input. The maximum peak output current is 7.0 Amps, the continuous input current at stall at 230 VAC input is 3.5 amps and the continuous current at standstill at 115 VAC input is 4.2 Amps.
The SC452-011-05 programmable brushless servo controller has an output ripple frequency of 20 kHz and a velocity offset adjustable to zero. Its shunt regulator has a peak power (0.3 s) of 1500 Watts and a continuous power of 20 Watts.
