The SC452-010-01 programmable brushless servo controller is among the recent Kollmorgen motors. For safety and longevity reasons, it is recommended that you install and operate the servo controller within the parameter values indicated. Otherwise, the performance will be adversely affected.
The SC452-010-01 programmable brushless servo controller is designed to be installed in a cabinet and the controller should have a vertical orientation during installation. During mounting, you should use a solid and flat surface capable of supporting the weight of the unit, that is, 2.7 kgs. The installation process should ensure that the controller is free from excessive vibration or shock. The recommended operating temperature of the SC452-010-01 is 0 to 50 °C when the output current is fully rated. When the output current is rated at 70% full, the ideal temperature is 0 to 60 °C and you may derate linearly from 10% to 70% of the full current rating at 60 °C. Also, leave some unobstructed space of a minimum of 10 cm below and above the controller and 2.5 cm on either side. When there is no condensation, the humidity is 10 to 90%.
