Product Description:

The SC125-457-T4 is a solid model in the SC100 brushless servo controller series that is designed to control servo motor accurately. Its manufacturer is Pacific Scientific. The controller has built-in features of the brushless actuators and inverter drives which are perfect where precise motion is needed in harsh applications.

The SC125-457T4 brushless servo controller uses a standard 240 VAC three phase input with a nominal voltage rating of 240 VAC. It supports the 50 Hz and 60 Hz input frequency requirements used around the world. The servo controller built in dynamic brake system works to augment system responsiveness by preventing the fast rotation of the motor. It contains a built in cooling fan which will take 230 VAC with 0.08 A to maintain thermal stability. The servo controller has Tachsyn feedback that has a 4.0 V/Krpm slope with proper speed control. It can handle a full load current of 30 amperes and so is applicable in high demand systems. The ambient temperatures ranging between 0°C and 50°C the controller operates without derating. Its performance is modified at long range between 50°C and 60°C to ensure safety. The SC125-457T4 brushless servo controller operates with relative humidity between 5 and 95 per cent non condensing. It is known for designing advanced motion control products engineered for high performance industrial automation systems.

The SC125-457T4 brushless servo controller is a three phase designed that enhances the torque behavior of motor control. It is well built and can operate and hold its own at high altitudes of up to 1500 meters. The controller has an internal Tachsyn signal processor which has improved thermal protection and velocity out has fine control and precise motion.
