Product Description:
Pacific Scientific designed the SC100 Series that is a Brushless servo motor velocity controller, to meet the demands of sophisticated motor control in a variety of applications. This SC125-410-T4 controller manages motor output and system diagnostics in addition to providing precise velocity control.
The SC125-410-T4 velocity controller has several LEDs that show the current state of important functions. Motor output, control voltage, tacho fault, direct current fault, and output fault are shown by LED’s. To help in heat dissipation, the fan runs at 230VAC and consumes 0.08A. The controller is ideal for use in industrial automation applications due to its 230V AC, 3PH, and 30KVA inputs at 50/60Hz. A terminal block (TB3) and connectors for a regenerating resistor are included for convenience in connection. Regenerative braking and energy recovery are made possible through the REGEN connection, which is accessible from terminals 7, 8, and 9. Connect the AC input to terminals 1, 2, and 3, and use terminals 4, 5, and 6 to access the motor output. A PCB filled with resistors, capacitors, transistors, and diodes, along with two 2200 µF capacitors, and integral fusing are all components of the controller. Reliable and efficient motor performance throughout a wide range of operational situations is ensured by its various protection circuits and dynamic braking capabilities.
The SC125-410-T4 brushless servomotor velocity controller has programmable inputs for current limiting, an adjustable peak current limit, and an integrated shunt regulator. Multiple safety circuits and MOV-protected input circuitry keep the system error-free. At full ratings, the controller can function in conditions between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius, and when derated, it can function between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius. Up to 1500 meters in height, it functions with non-condensing humidity levels ranging from 5% to 95%. By efficiently dissipating heat, a powerful cooling system guarantees peak performance.
