Product Description:

The SC105010I3 is a controller designed to improve industrial production output by carrying out an accurate control of the speed and torque output of permanent magnet excited motor units. This controller maintains an efficiency level of at least 95 per cent during operation and requires relatively minimal maintenance through its operation. The housing design of this controller is according to the IP20. After delivery, it should be mounted in a closed control cabinet that can protect it against dust and provide cooling air free from corrosive gases. There are Light Emitting Diodes integrated into this product to help operators easily detect any issues during its operation. These indicators can also be used to identify system faults.

The only part of the SC105010I3 that is allowed to be field serviced is the control board. If this product fails for any other reason, the entire unit should be replaced and returned to the factory. This controller should be mounted in a vertical position and properly shielded from extreme vibration and shock during operation. Also, the ambient temperature surrounding the product during operation should be maintained between 0 to about 50 degrees Celsius.
