The model integrates a size 21 frameless resolver for primary feedback so a drive can close precise motion loops without an external encoder. Its construction follows the NEMA frame standard, allowing straightforward interchange with other NEMA-listed actuators in conveyor sections, indexing tables, or pick-and-place axes.
The motor delivers a continuous stall torque of 4.0 Nm and can reach a peak torque of 11.3 Nm during rapid acceleration events. Each ampere of phase current generates 0.7 Nm/ARMS, so the servo drive can estimate load from measured current. Electrically, the three-phase winding shows an inductance of 4.5 mH line to line, which filters current ripple and influences current-loop bandwidth.
