Product Description:

The S22HSNA-HFNL-02 synchronous motor unit is a perfect motor for industrial applications that require a high torque supply at a high operation efficiency level. The motor is built by Pacific Scientific. It comes with a metallic and compact enclosure that is covered by a black varnish and is able to prevent dust, water splash and other common industrial interference from affecting its operation. This industrial motor comes with two electrical connectors, which are directly on top of its housing; these connectors also meet the high protection standards of the motor. The electrical cable compatible with this motor is manufactured ready-made by Pacific Scientific. Although the motor is not delivered with this cable, it can be ordered separately and delivered. The S22HSNA-HFNL-02 industrial servo motor is able to reach an operation speed as high as 12,000 revolutions per minute; its maximum torque capacity is also estimated to be about 2.64 newton meters.

The S22HSNA-HFNL-02 motor requires very little maintenance through its service life; however, regular cleaning of its housing to prevent the accumulation of dust is still necessary to ensure the optimum dissipation of heat from its front panel through the natural process of convection. The primary feedback unit integrated into this motor is a hall sensor, there is also an additional secondary encoder with functions at a high efficiency level

The S22HSNA-HFNL-02 industrial motor is without a shaft sealing ring, however it comes with strong output shaft with a minimum service life of about 30,000 hours. The operation of this unit does not cause the production of high noise levels; this is due to the absence of an internal air blower and its ability to maintain a permissible internal temperature through natural convection and thermal radiation. Customers that require the operation of this motor without derating should ensure its installation altitude does not exceed 1000 meters above sea level.
