It is used in industrial automation systems that require accurate velocity and position control, connecting directly to digital drives that command packaging machinery, material-handling gantries, or light machining axes. A standard housing and an English mounting interface simplify mechanical integration with NEMA-style gearheads and existing base plates.
The motor delivers a continuous stall torque of 3.9 Nm, allowing it to support static loads without overheating while the drive maintains rotor lock. At the application’s duty point, it turns at a rated speed of 1500 rpm, balancing torque production with the winding’s thermal limits. For rapid indexing, the electromagnetic circuit can reach a peak torque of 10.4 Nm, providing short bursts of additional force to overcome inertia or friction. A compact 4.25-inch square frame concentrates this output and reduces the installation footprint in multi-axis assemblies.
