The R32HENC-R2-NS-NV-00 is an electrical industrial automation technology made by Pacific Scientific for the purpose of driving in-plant machines to ease complicated industrial works. The motor came with many features that currently make it unique and special for the different industrial applications.
The R32HENC-R2-NS-NV-00 motor offers rugged brushless construction that prevents any brush replacement maintenance, saving a lot of maintenance cost seen in some similar automation technologies. As part of its safety measures, the R32HENC-R2-NS-NV-00 motor came with a brake option that ensure improved machine safety, it was also constructed to an IP65 TENV construction standard so as to withstand the rigors of the environment, maintaining resistance to external contacts, resist the entry of liquids and dust, and solid particles, ensuring the maintenance of the integrity of the internal environment of the servo motor.
In addition, the R32HENC-R2-NS-NV-00 features a continuously rated torque range between 0.32Nm to 5.0Nm, an optional encoder mount for secondary feedback, an anti-cog stator, made with neodymium iron-boron magnets, and has a high torque to inertia ratio. It also includes as the output shaft (but it has no shaft seal) and bearings with which it ensures connection to the in-plant machine. The R32HENC-R2-NS-NV-00 motor came with two year warranty as an assurance of a high quality product from Pacific Scientific, make sure the motor is kept and operated under suitable environmental conditions, and ambient temperature of 25°C is recommended for optimum functions of the motor and reduced downtime and long life.
