Internal Product Review
The N33HRLE-LDK-NS-00 is a Pacific Scientific POWERPAC N stepper motor built on a NEMA 34 frame with 200 full steps per revolution. A 1.8° step angle and ±3% step accuracy support consistent indexing and smooth motion control in positioning applications. Holding torque of 12.4 Nm gives the motor strong low-speed capability, making the package an excellent choice for demanding stepper duty.

Product Description:
The N33HRLE-LDK-NS-00 is a stepper motor manufactured by Pacific Scientific for the POWERPAC N Stepper Motors series. In industrial automation, this motor receives pulse commands from an indexer or PLC and converts them into discrete shaft positions for open-loop motion control. That operating method makes it suitable for conveyors, feeders, and light gantry axes where repeatable incremental movement is required without integrated feedback electronics.
The unit uses a NEMA 34 frame with a 3.38 in. square frame, so it fits standardized mounting plates commonly used in packaging and material-handling equipment. Its rotor develops a holding torque of 12.4 Nm when the phases are fully energized. Motion is produced in fixed increments of 1.8°, which equals 200 full steps per revolution and supports straightforward step-count programming. Electrical connection is made through a regular lead-wire harness rather than a terminal block, and the 4-lead series winding allows either series or parallel connection to compatible drives. Overall motor depth reaches 171 mm, and the three-stack stator increases magnetic coupling while keeping the standard frame footprint. A heavy keyway is machined into the double-ended shaft so torque can be transmitted to couplings on either side of the machine frame.
Electrical insulation is rated for 340 Vdc, and the motor has an insulation resistance of 100 Megohms to support operation with high-voltage bipolar drives. Step accuracy remains within ±3% because of the standard winding and laminated stack construction. The motor is supplied without a shaft seal, so applications exposed to liquids require external protection for the bearings. A straight-key double shaft supports through-drive arrangements, and the lack of an encoder keeps the wiring layout simple. The regular lead-wire exit also allows direct connection to the selected drive without additional feedback cabling.
