Product Description:

The PC842-XYZ-T is part of Pacific Scientific's PC800-PCE800 line of brushless servo drives. It operates with an industrial interface for SERCOS networks. At Pcont, this drive's power stage is 97% efficient (the ninety seventh percentile). This servo motor can handle voltages between 323 and 528 VAC (volts of alternating current). The output current ripple has a frequency of 16 kHz (kilo hertz). The PC842-XYZ and other servo drives from the same series from Pacific Scientific can read and accept both analogue instructions and step & direction commands.

Users may simply conduct motion profiling with this servo drive. There is an inbuilt profile generator in this servo drive. This profile generator allows for the making of various index movements, including the ones that are already established. The PC842-XYZ-T employs the 24-bit DRDC algorithm to control the drive's inner workings. Digital Resolver to Digital Conversion is what this algorithm stands for. The main goal of this method is to make low-speed performance smooth and seamless. People in the industrial automation field have mostly agreed that the 400Hz velocity-loop bandwidth is the maximum bandwidth available in the entire sector.

The systems may be built up fast when the increased tuning capability is used. This model meets all UL, and cUL, safety standards, so users can be confident it is safe. Furthermore, this servo drive also comes with CE markings. It also fulfils the CE low voltage directive. This can be done without needing any further isolation. The PC842-XYZ-T can work with Alternating Current voltages between 120 and 240 volts. This servo drive can power systems with power outputs ranging from 500 to 1500 W (watts).
