Product Description:

The 6410-001-N-N-N-LF is an efficient and high-performance microstepping drive which supports a number of requirements. These drives offer optimum support in case of low voltage DC input-powered applications. This model offers step and direction inputs.  This model is available with an oscillator which allows a +/- 10 VDC input command which offers great speed and control. The product is suitable for use in a number of areas, which includes the line of stepping motors. It works well with enhanced performance line or the standard line. The drive has several unique features which also includes its bipolar chopper drive. This is a patented 4 phase PWM. This functions to combine noncirculating and recirculating current regulation and helps in producing high back EMF rejection with use of low chopping ripple current.

There are several benefits of this unique feature. There is lesser electric noise which can often be quite disturbing. It also means lesser heat dissipation and also improved current control which is during the motor breaking. The optically isolated signal interface connection is an important part of the system. Optical isolation is available on direction, step and enable inputs which is in addition to enabled output. When the optical isolation is used, the options which are available for system also increase. The source which commands the step and also the direction lines are usually not tired to power supply ground. Microstepping – This is a switch selectable feature and includes full, 1/2, 1/5, 1/10, 1/25, 1/50, 1/125, and 1/250 step capability along with a decimal jumper installed and also 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, 1/128, and 1/256 with decimal jumper removed.
