By converting digital trajectory data into finely timed pulse trains, the product links computer logic to motor torque generation in packaging, semiconductor handling, and light assembly equipment.
The card resolves each motor revolution into 51200 steps/rev, so an attached stage can index in increments smaller than one millidegree. Pulse outputs can be clocked up to 2 MHz, enabling linear speeds that keep pace with high-throughput machinery.
