Product Description

In a rapidly evolving industry, such as the motion control sector, there is alwyas a hunt for superior products. Okuma provides those supeiror products. The BLIII-D75A drive’s Power Unit Capacity is 75A and this drive is compatible 15A, 30A, 50A, and 75A. While the BLIII-D150A drive is actually an upgraded version with stronger Power Unit Capacity of 150A, which also reflect on its weight 9 kg (BLIII-D75A weight 5kg).

If properly handled, the BLIII-D servo drive unit can replace BDU and BL-D units by manipulating the jumper connectors and switch settings located on the top board of the BLIII-D unit . This is another Okuma’s convenient solution. The drive is connected to a DC power supply with braker, which must provide power within the permissible value of 170 to 242 V AC at 50/60 Hz frequency.

Monitor terminals, located in the center of the unit, can be used (oscilloscope) to check the most important factors, such as velocity command (M1), torque command (M2), load (M3), phase U current command (M4), phase U current feedback (IU), phase V current feedback (IV) and DC bus voltage (VDC). Advanced LED indicators are monitoring operation statuses and report using red, green and orange color lights.

Okuma predicted any possible scenario during the work process. They added several LEDs which can be viewed through the cutout portion on the drive unit’s cover. This clever option enables quick diagnose of potential problems like overcurrent, under/over voltage and CPU malfunction.
