The MPR10 model represents the latest technology of Okuma. The model is a part of the MCS motion control system series and is designed to be used with the inverter modules (MIV). This model comes without a controller ID switch and it can be used with the drive system operating with axis drive motors. The MPR DC power supply module uses a converter link for developing communication with the respective MIV module. Faults and errors are displayed by the 7-segment LED display and a DC bus indicator is installed in this model to display the dc bus charged status. A 24 V fault diagnostic switch is also available in this model. The vertical mounting position is recommended for the MPR module. During commissioning, make sure that sufficient room should be available at the sides of the unit for sufficient heat loss. A resistor regenerative unit and a heat sink unit are attached at the backside of the module. The MPR DC power supply module delivers 24 VDC to 300 VDC power to the attached units. The regenerative capacity of this module is 13 hp (10 kW).

The terminals of the MPR module are covered with plastic covers to avoid any accident. The external housing dimensions of the MPR10 module are 380 mm height, 100 mm width, and 325 mm depth.
