The MPS45 model reflects the state-of-the-art development of Okuma. The model is specially designed to take input power from the AC power source and convert it into the dc voltage of 24 – 300 VDC. The MPS DC power supply module delivers power to the MIV module and the MIV module is further used to monitor and control the functions of the main spindle motors. Some of the most common applications of MPS units are CNC machines, textile machines, and printing machines. The supply module is well-known due to its continuous power delivery ability and maintenance-free operations. The MPS DC power supply module has low protection category and must be installed in a dry or vibration-free environment. Only prescribed mounting positions should be followed during commissioning. Before mounting, visually make sure that the MPS module is damage-free. In case of any fault, you can claim a replacement warranty of the supply module within one year of purchase. As per the MPS user manual, the permissible operating temperature range for this unit is 0 to +40 degree Celsius under the maximum humidity level of 90%, without condensation.
