Product Description:
The MIP22 D22 MIV Servo Drive from Okuma is made to precisely and efficiently manage the working of the spindle motor. It can be used as a spindle motor drive inverter unit and works with motors up to 22 kW (30 hp). The servo drive is compatible with CNC systems that require the reliable regulation of speed and torque for tasks that involve motors.
The MIP22 D22 servo drive can handle a DC bus current of 176 A/V. 131.1 A/V is the motor power that can be used with the unit. It has a 7-segment LED display that shows error codes and real-time function. A control board model IPCB with the order number 1006-2106 can be used with the drive. There are two types of the inverter unit, which are the 1006-2238 and the 1006-2239. It can be mounted with the help of four M8 holes that line up with the cutout's 714 mm height and 200 mm width. The structure of the drive unit allows it to handle motor functions without the need for extra modules. It lets spinning motor systems have direct control built in. The whole drive is 310 mm long, 200 mm wide, and 733 mm high. The unit weighs 43 kg altogether.
The display indicator assists in monitoring issue states, thereby reducing downtime. The Okuma motor control design allows for the direct use of the MIP22 D22 servo drive. The 7-segment LED display and board layout of the unit allow real-time diagnostics that make upkeep tasks easier. The system's dimensions make it possible to integrate a small panel that fits within the mounting space. Because it has a 4-point system that lines up with the stated cutout, the servo drive can be mounted precisely.
