The MIV0204-1-B1 is an inverter unit designed by Okuma automation to carry out accurate control of industrial spindle motors and axis drive device. The controller is particularly intended for the BL and PREX motor series from the same manufacturer, it has a side unit capacity of 2.0 kilowatts and contains a ICBI inverter control board type. There is a seven segment LED display installed in front of this controller unit, this display communicates information about the normal operating status and alarm status display. During errors, the controller displays an error code to help operators understand the cause of the problem. The MIV0204-1-B1 inverter unit can communicate with other sections of the servo system through the SERVO communication link, on this communication system the converter functions as the slave unit and has to be set-up with an ID number by operators.
