Product Description:
Okuma's MDU-22-SA Servo drive is the ideal solution for industrial automation applications that require high-performance motion control. Three-phase AC motors are controlled by the drive, which works accurately and efficiently. It works well with other control systems that need to be able to drive motors quickly and reliably.
The MDU-22-SA servo drive can handle a rated DC input voltage of 283V to 325V, which lets the machine get steady power. It delivers an AC 200V three-phase signal with a 129A maximum current, which lets big motors run. The short-circuit current limit is 50kA RMS symmetrical, which makes sure that safety standards are met. A Delta Ace fan on the back of the computer controls cooling and keeps the temperature stable even when it's running all the time. It's likely that RES, CHG, and 232 are signal or phone lines. DCA and DCB are DC bus lines that distribute power inside the computer. U, V, and W are on the bottom terminal part and connect to the motor phases. There are four ports on the top side: SR, ST, C1, and C2. These are control or power input lines. For closed-loop management, encoder or feedback lines are sent through E1S, PGC, and PGL. The unit has a heatsink and a protected grill that help the heat escape and keep the user safe while they are working on it or handling it.
The MDU-22-SA servo drive works in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C and needs to be used in rooms that are free of dust and have EMI shielding to keep signals from getting messed up. -10°C to 60°C is the temperature range for storage. The range of acceptable relative humidity is 20% to 85% non-condensing. For real-time diagnostics and state updates, a digital 7-segment LED display is built in.
