Okuma MF-P2M2S is a Multifunctional I/O board for Okuma CNC systems. It improves information processing and control within the system, allowing it to function more effectively and reliably. Okuma, a well-known brand in industrial automation, made this board so that it works perfectly with CNC environments. The MF-P2M2S I/O board uses DC24V ± 10% to power its 16 photo-coupler input ports. These ports can handle up to 9mA of ON current and up to 3.5mA of OFF current. A protective circuit with a protective current range of 0.5A to 1.6A is built to keep the main line safe. Both an analog and a digital filter are used in the input filter to get rid of waves that are 5ms or less. The board has 16 MOSFET output ports on the output side. These ports are powered by DC24V ±10% and can handle a contact output current of 1.7A. There is a current monitoring circuit for each output port that keeps it safe. The protective current range is from 1.8A to 2.5A.
The MF-P2M2S I/O board is small yet durable measuring 30 mm in height and 250 mm in length and weighing 1.35 lbs (0.61 kg).
