Product Description:

The FUB-P4R2 servo module is a state-of-the-art industrial control device designed by Okuma to aid the accurate control of synchronous and induction motors used in industrial production and processing systems. This servo module is a modular device that operates with high cost-efficiency; this servo module also has a high service life as it can operate at a top level for more than seven years without undergoing any major mechanical breakdown.

The FUB-P4R2 industrial servo module is perfectly safe for industrial operation; however, the operation, configuration and general operation of this module should be carried out by highly trained operators who are familiar with Okuma products and have read through the documentation of the module. The servo module is also covered with special safety warning signs designed to warn operators of specific parts of the controller capable of causing accidents if mishandled. The meaning of all safety signs present on the housing of this servo module is clearly defined in the user -manual.

Under ideal operating conditions, this servo module does not generate a high amount of heat; this makes it possible for the internal temperature of the servo module to be effectively controlled via natural convection. Also, the operation of this module can cause radio interference and lead to the generation of leakage current. To prevent accidents and ensure the smooth operation of the module, operators should ensure the controller is operated with radio interference suppression devices as properly grounded before operation. All additional accessories operated with this servo module must also be of high quality, as stated in the documentation of the servo module. The rated input voltage required by this servo module for optimum operation falls between 200 to about 230 volts.
