The FUB-DR3 is one of the most advanced productions of Okuma; this device is a servo module; it is specially designed to aid the accurate automation control in industrial production and processing systems. The servo module is unlike convectional industrial devices; it contains highly advanced technological features that make it compatible with a wide range of industrial production and processing machines such as food production machines, metal forming machines, and lots more. The housing of this industrial servo module is also specially structured to aid the direct integration of the servo module into the control cabinet. The operation of this servo module is also uniquely user-friendly and safe as the device is free of dangerous chemicals and contains special light-emitting diodes that can be used to monitor the device's operational status in real-time.
This servo module does not generate a high amount of noise during operation; this makes it perfect for operation at any time of the day without causing any significant disturbances. However, the electrical components of this servo module can generate a leakage current as high as 3.5 milliamperes. To prevent electrical accidents, the controller should be securely connected to a grounding system. The FUB-DR3 features a Light-emitting display unit that provides the operator with information about the current status of the servo module in real-time.
The FUB-DR3 industrial servo module has an oscillator of 100 hertz; the operation of this oscillator can be monitored by the OSCSTP light-emitting diode, which is integrated into the housing of the servo module. The maximum permissible height at which this servo module can be operated is 1000 meters above sea level.
