When it comes to manufacturing a computer controlled machine tool, Okuma Corporation has no real competition. Okuma’s machine automation solutions have been widely accepted in manufacturing, printing, automotive, aviation and many other industries. Like other machines, Drive PC Board is a fundamental element of CNC machines. It has a responsibility of implementing the CNC program and taking out the desired actions from the connected output devices.

The part number E4809-770-065 is a servo axis motor controller by Okuma. It is used in CNC, machining and tooling industries. The servo axis motor controller by Okuma is responsible for precision controlling of the servo motor. As an integral part of the motion controlling system, the E8409-770-065 servo motor controller is tasked with taking a command signal and match it with the feedback given by the servomechanism. It then corrects the deviation between the commanded signal and the feedback received, by providing the required voltage to the servomotor. The servo controlling module by Okuma features SCV II board and is perfectly compatible with BL servomotors, such as BL-MH101E-20T, BL-MB75E-20T, etc.

The servo controlling drive features a smart software that allows users to either set up commands via open loop or closed loop mode, or simulation mode. Users can choose from a wide variety of commands offered by the software DDA and feed to the host computer. The host computer sends commands at 2K bytes FIFO while the controller matches performance and corrects deviation through same buffering speed. The E4809-770-065 controller board offers high-precision cutting since host commands can be divided into smaller delta commands for better execution.
