Product Description:

The Okuma BLIV-D3015A BL Servo Drive is a robust and efficient servo drive engineered to meet the demands of high-performance manufacturing automation systems. As part of the proven BL Servo Drives lineup, this model offers a rated output of approximately 3 kilo-Watts and operates @ 156 Volts, 3-phase (three-phase), with a typical rated rotor speed of 2000 RPM ( Two-Thousand Revolutions per minute).

It’s built for flexibility, using natural convection cooling. However, depending on the installation setting this servo drive can also be setup with forced convection cooling. With an efficiency rating of about 90% (ninety percent), it delivers consistent performance while all the while fully minimizing energy drop. The drive also features an incremental encoder (integrated) for precise feedback & motion control. User configurability is a key highlight of the BLIV-D3015A servo drive. The front panel comes with multiple LED indicators & adjustable potentiometers to assist with setup & monitoring. A green Logic Supply on LED confirms the presence of correct power direct to the logic circuits. For tuning & system calibration, the servo drive comes with four (04) potentiometers: Balance (a 20-turn pot for zero-current calibration), Tach Gain (velocity feedback adjustment), Time Constant (bandwidth control), and Damping (response tuning to reduce overshoot).Together, these settings allow for fine-tuned performance based on the specific motor and the assigned application needs. The unit also includes (09) nine configurable jumper links, with detailed configuration options found in the setup documentation. The user-manual cover areas like current limit settings and Pull Up/Pull Down configurations for the disable input. A pre-installation test setup is highly recommended using a temporary bench-top configuration, with all components securely grounded as illustrated in the provided connection diagrams.
