Product Description:

The BLIV-D100A is a high-performance AC servo drive that is manufactured by Okuma. The servo drive is designed to control the servo actuators of the CNC machines. Due to its precise motion control features, this model is extensively used in various machining centers around the globe. This model offers precise control of servo motors in industrial automation tasks.

The BLIV-D100A servo drive is designed to operate at the 3-phase supply voltage of 200 to 230 volts. The current capacities that it can support include 150A, 75A, 50A, and 100A. An incorporated regenerative braking system with resistors enables the drive to efficiently eliminate excess energy. Pulse Width Accurate control of motion is possible with the use of pulse width modulation (PWM) and vector control. This BLIV servo drive by Okuma is compatible with the motors that belong to the BL and QR series. One can regulate the speed, another the torque, and a third the location. It is possible to use incremental or absolute encoders to get drive feedback. The servo link and encoder link of this model offers easy access to power management, motor feedback and CNC system control. Availability of digital diagnostics and real-time status updates from LED indicators helps in troubleshooting.

Using forced-air cooling in combination with a heat sink allows for optimal temperature control while operating. The small design and six kilograms of the BLIV-D100A servo drive are complemented by its measurements of 380 mm for height, 100 mm for width, and 325 mm for depth. From freezing to forty-five degrees Celsius, it can function. Furthermore, it is compatible with a broad range of feedback systems that allow for more operational flexibility and precise control.
