Product Description:
The BLIII-D150A Servo Drive Unit is manufactured for use in industrial automation systems. It is developed to operate with high performance servo motors and is compatible with single axis control setups. It supports motion control applications requiring stable speed regulation and accurate feedback.
This Okuma BLIII-D150A servo drive unit operates with a 3 phase 200 V AC power supply. This unit accepts velocity command inputs in analog form and receives encoder feedback signals from the motor for real time correction and adjustment. It includes multiple input and output terminals for different power supplies and control functions. The terminal block includes R, S and T for three phase AC input and AC1 and AC2 for 100 V auxiliary AC power. It also includes DC24V terminals MBP and MBN for motor brake power supply. Motor overload detection signals are received via TPP and TPN terminals. Each signal and power connection is routed to an XB-4 connector. This servo drive connects directly with the EC processor board and ECP II board to process velocity command signals and encoder data. Each BLIII-D150A unit connects to one servo motor forming a 1 axis configuration. In systems with multiple axis control, additional servo drive units are cascaded similarly each controlling a separate motor.
The BLIII-D150A servo drive unit receives 50/60 Hz frequency power input. It communicates with other control components over analog interfaces and ensures closed loop control by processing feedback signals. This servo drive is integrated using M4 screw terminal connections for stable and secure wiring. The front panel of this BL series servo drive unit includes LED status indicators for operational and fault monitoring. The PON indicator (green) shows operational status while the OP LED (orange) indicates charging state.
