Product Description:

Okuma's BLIII-D 150D Servo drive is ideal for controlling CNC equipment and precision machines. The servo drive delivers dependable performance for complex processes and reflects Okuma's competence in automated machinery and control systems, making it ideal for industrial automation and its demanding requirements.

The BLIII-D 150D servo drive offers flexible configuration options that could be utilized with solid-state relays through its "XB-SSR" connector. For dependable operation of the servo drive, a non-condensing relative humidity of 10% to 90% is enough, and for storage, a humidity range of 5% to 95% is ideal. The user can make customized changes using jumpers or configuration switches on the drive. Its strong metal casing not only blocks electromagnetic interference (EMI) but also offers excellent physical protection. The servo drive comes with a variety of ports for signaling inputs and outputs. One of these interfaces is a DB-type connection, which indicates compatibility with serial or video transmission. The other is a terminal block with signal wiring labels. The careful positioning of ventilation openings allows for maximum heat dissipation. One of the diagnostic features is an integrated LED indicator with easy-to-read designations like OP, OFF, COM, DV, OV, SV, and CPU. This allows for real-time monitoring. During system usage, these metrics offer operational information.

The BLIII-D 150D servo drive features easy-to-install mounting points and built-in circuit protection to ensure safe operation. Commercial-grade servo drives operate between 0 and 70 degrees Celsius, whereas industrial-grade drives operate between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius. With its small design, the BLIII-D servo drive maximizes functional capability while taking up as little space as possible. Its durable construction and diagnostic capabilities provide reliability in precision control applications.
