Product Description:

The BLII-D75A is a single-axis servo amplifier built by Okuma Automation to operate in combination with its motor series and ensures that a high degree of accuracy is maintained in the servo system. This amplifier has an operation capacity of 75 amperes, features the SVCII control board and operates with a power supply unit also produced by the same manufacturer. The rated motor output supported by this amplifier design is between 2.5 to about 4.0 kilowatts; it can also ensure accurate operation at high motor operation speed. The BLII-D75A requires an operation environment where the ambient temperature is maintained between 0 to 45 degrees during operation. Customers who desire to store the servo amplifier can keep the unit under a wide ambient temperature of between -20 to 60 degrees Celsius. The housing of the BLII-D75A servo amplifier protects it from large foreign solids; however, it offers no protection against smaller interference life dust and water splashes. This makes it necessary for the product to be installed in a control cabinet that can provide this protection.

The BLII-D75A servo amplifier is able to withstand as high as 75 per cent of relative humidity under normal operation status; for short-duration operations, relative humidity levels can be as high as 95 per cent for a duration of 1 month. The maximum vibration of this product during operation is 0.5 grams, also, it must not be exposed to coolants, lubricating fluids or oil.

There are several LED present on the BLII-D75A for operators to monitor its operation status. The several operation statuses displayed by this amplifier include run status, reset status, and malfunction status modes. This amplifier also features a radiator plate that aids heat dissipation through natural convection.
