Product Description:

Okuma is a renowned manufacturer of industrial automation products around the world. Machine control boards and inverter modules are among the company's goods that are acclaimed for their quality and efficiency.

The BLII-D50A is a drive unit that includes a power unit and a control PC. The model is a single-axis drive converter unit that is meant to provide you with a long-lasting and robust motion control solution on a budget. The BLII-D50A servo drive is equipped with hardware that provides class-leading performance. The performance of the servo drive unit is determined by its power standard of '150.' AC 3 x 180 - 240 V is used to power the servo drive. Control voltages of 85-125 V from a single-phase AC supply are also required by the module. To connect with 3 x 200 V AC, the voltage input has connection points R, S, T, and ground. The frequency of the supplied voltages should be 50/60 Hz. The module is important in the formation of an energy-efficient drive system. An LED on the BLII-D50A servo drive displays fault codes and operational information. The error codes can be used to identify and correct issues.

The model BLII-D50A has an orange hue LED for DC Charge color which indicates that power is delivered to the main circuit. When the LED turns green, it means the control PC board is receiving power. On the 1 and 2 terminals, the model has connection points 3 and 4 for motor overload detection signals and motor brake power supply. When linked to a 1-axis unit, the servo drive receives current commands from the servo processor board and sends them to BLII, which then sends them to the servo motor.
