It supports a 3-phase 200 V AC main circuit supply and a 1-phase 100 V AC control circuit supply. Both axes have a capacity of 30 Amps, and the unit operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 55°C, with a maximum humidity of 75 percent.
Internal Product Review
The Okuma BLII-D3030A is a 2-axis servo drive built around an SVCII control board. A 3-phase 200 V AC main circuit supply and 1-phase 100 V AC control circuit supply support straightforward integration into established machine control systems. Matched 30 A capacity on the first axis and 30 A on the second axis makes BLII-D3030A a strong choice for dependable dual-axis service.

Product Description:
The BLII-D3030A is a servo drive module produced by Okuma for the BL Servo Drives series. Serving as a compact controller, it links a CNC system to paired servomotors and performs closed-loop velocity and position control in automated machining and material-handling equipment. By translating motion commands into regulated three-phase power, the unit drives both axes, manages regenerative braking, and monitors internal parameters during operation. This arrangement supports coordinated feed and positioning tasks on compact machine platforms.
Internally, the drive controls 2-axis motion through an SVCII Board that integrates PWM generation, current sensing, and protective logic. Low-level electronics are energized from a single-phase 100 V AC control circuit supply, allowing diagnostic functions to remain active even when the power stage is isolated. Motor power is delivered from the main bus, which accepts three-phase 200 V AC and produces symmetrical output for both channels. The unit tolerates vibration up to 0.5 G, which helps preserve encoder fidelity when it is mounted on moving gantries. Inside a sealed cabinet, ambient temperature must stay below 45 °C, while components on the drive itself can reach 55 °C without derating.
Each motion channel can supply 30 A continuously on the first axis and the same rating on the second, allowing medium-frame servomotors to accelerate heavy tables without current foldback. The input section withstands line swings from 180 V AC to 220 V AC, so commanded velocity can be maintained during supply variation or regenerative peaks. Cabinet air may reach 75 % RH in normal service, with short excursions to 95 % RH. Storage temperatures are allowed up to 60 °C, while the minimum storage temperature is −20 °C. Operation can begin at 0 °C without heaters, which supports startup in cool indoor installations.
