Product Description:

Okuma is a world-leading manufacturing company in the domain of industrial automation products. The company is known for its quality and after-sale services in its products like machine control boards and inverter modules.

The BLII-D150A model is a drive unit consisting of a power unit along with a control PC. The model is a single-axis unit type drive converter unit designed to provide you with a sustainable and reliable motion control solution at a pocket-friendly budget. The BLII-D150A servo drive features hardware to offer impressive performance in the class. The servo drive unit performance is based on its specification of ‘150’ which indicates power. The servo drive is powered by an AC 3 x 180 - 240 V. The module also requires control voltages of 85 - 125 V from a single-phase AC source. The supplied voltages should have a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The servo drive when connected to a 1-axis unit, take current command from the servo processor board and supplies to BLII which then supplies to the servo motor. The module plays a significant role in developing an energy-efficient drive system. The BLII-D150A servo drive is equipped with an LED that displays error codes and operational stats. The error codes can be used to diagnose and rectify the problems.

The model BLII-D150A displays an orange color LED for DC Charge color to indicate that power is supplied to the main circuit. The LED when turned green, indicates that the power is supplied to the control PC board. The model BLII-D150A is equipped with connection points 3 and 4 to connect motor overload detection signals and motor brake power supply on 1 and 2 terminals. The voltage input has a connection point R, S, T, and ground to connect with 3 x 200 V AC.
