The M.1015.6969 is one of the series of Kollmorgen servo motors, called YSM Servo Motor Series, and intended for applications requiring high performance in moderately sized space. This motor has a maximum speed of operating at 3000 RPM, and is relied in applications that require fine control and high frequency responses. It has a momentary output of 4.3 lb-in, which suffice the requirements of application that requires high torque output in a compact design. For position control, the M.1015.6969 is equipped with an encoder resolution of 2000 PPR, sufficient for accurate position feedback during motion control. This makes the motor most suited for applications that need high level of motion control and positioning precision such as robotics, automations systems and computer numerical control equipment's.

With an input of 115V and 230V, the motor provide flexibility in terms of power source to be incorporated into any kind of system.
