The TBMS-12941-A is a frameless brushless motor set produced by Kollmorgen as part of the TBM Frameless Motors series. Supplied as separate stator and rotor components, it is intended to be embedded directly into articulated joints, gimbals, or other compact axes where a full housed servo package would add unnecessary bulk. In an automation assembly, this configuration minimizes envelope size while still generating high continuous torque for precision positioning or coordinated motion tasks.

Under steady-state load, the motor delivers a continuous stall torque of 8.3 N-m while drawing a continuous stall current of 13.9 Arms. The electromagnetic design yields a back EMF constant of 37.7 Vrms/kRPM, so the induced voltage rises linearly with speed and helps determine the required drive voltage margin. A torque constant of 0.624 N-m/Arms links commanded phase current to output torque.
