Product Description:
Kollmorgen designs the servo drive SR30200-2G604B as a part of servostar series to power and control AC servo motors. It is equipped with resolver feedback system support that enables motor control and detection of the motor’s position. This drive provides torque, velocity and position control while uses the standard RS-232 interface for all setup and diagnostic operations.
The SR30200-2G604B servo drive has a continuous rated output current of 30 A and its short-term output current can be as high as 60 A. The frequency at which switching happens is between 8 kHz and 16 kHz with the help of PWM control. Its Arms is always 1.01 % greater than the average current. The SR30200 servo drive’s measurements are 264 mm as height, 142 mm width and 175 mm depth. There are opto-isolated inputs that are reliable for bringing in signals from other systems and the digital outputs have an open collector layout that works with a maximum of 60 mA. Those signals can be read with ±10 V on the analog input channels and the outputs of analog channels give ±10 V signals at a resolution of 12 bits. The protection measures provided by the SR30200 servo drive are over-voltage, under-voltage and over-temperature shutoffs. In addition, the device is protected from faults in wiring and sensor feedback.
The SR30200-2G604B servo drive supports temperature range between -20 °C to 70 °C and operating humidity can be between 10% to 90%, if that doesn’t lead to condensation. The module ensures it resists vibration up to 0.5 g and at every 1000 ft increase above 3300 feet, there is a derating of 5%. The SR30200 servo drive’s requires 230 VAC source supply and it possess a 1 A, 24 VDC fault relay.
