Product Description:

The SR10000-1P12BLC Servo Drive is a compact and versatile digital motion control solution. It supports synchronous servomotors, linear motors and asynchronous motors. It is engineered for seamless integration into automation systems. The unit ensures high performance in industrial settings. This drive is suitable for precise control in demanding applications.

The SR10000-1P12BLC servo drive from Kollmorgen features integrated CANopen communication with a default speed of 500 kBaud for network connectivity and multi axis configuration. The RS232 interface is electrically isolated and supports pulse direction signals for enhanced compatibility. The device includes two analog setpoint inputs for flexible input control. The digital current control is performed using space vector PWM with a cycle time of 62.5 µs. The digital speed controller adapts to different load conditions with selectable cycles of 65 µs or 250 µs. The integral position controller offers 250 µs cycles and is adaptable to application requirements. The servo amplifier supports encoder simulation in SSI or incremental format. It evaluates resolver signals and sine cosine signals from high resolution encoders. The shield connection is designed to be made directly at the servo amplifier. The output stage uses an IGBT module and provides isolated current measurement for accuracy and protection.

The SR10000-1P12BLC servo drive supports soft start functionality and includes overvoltage recognition, short circuit protection and phase failure monitoring for electrical safety. A pulse direction interface allows connection between servomotors and stepping motor systems. All shielding connections are routed directly on the amplifier to ensure consistent performance and reduce electrical interference. It provides flexibility for configuring parameters of multiple amplifiers via a PC interface through the CAN bus. Its fully digital control structure ensures precision and adaptability across various control levels.
