Product Description:

The SR03200-000000 is an exquisite SR03 digital drive manufactured by Kollmorgen under the powerful Servostar drive line. With two built-in modes for torque and velocity control, this digital amplifier functions well with Kollmorgen’s unique Goldline motors. It comes with its special MOTIONLINK software, which gives the user freedom in fine-tuning the drive parameters for smooth motor control and operation. Like other Servostar digital drives by Kollmorgen, the SR03200-000000 comes with several fault protection functions. Since motors are critical in motion systems, the SR03200-000000 employs protection functions for preventing overtemperature, overspeed, overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage of the motor during operation.

To avoid suboptimal performance of the SR03200-000000, the ambient temperature during operation must not exceed 45 degrees Celsius. Within the permissible ambient temperature range, the humidity must be non-condensing and fall within the range of 10 to 90%. Similar to other SR03 devices designed by Kollmorgen, the SR03200-000000 requires a DC bus voltage input of 110 to 360 volts. At this operating input range, the continuous output current of the digital drive per phase reaches an RMS value of 3 amperes. For less than two seconds, this device can achieve an RMS output peak current of up to 6 amperes per phase. At steady-state conditions, the typical continuous power delivered by the drive can achieve a value of around 1.1 kW.

The SR03200-000000 supports RS232 serial communication and resolver or encoder feedback for further motor control. With its seven-segment LED display, internal variable access, and error log history, the user can easily monitor important parameters during operation and adjust them when necessary. Aside from the available diagnostics, the SR03200-000000 also employs three selectable control algorithms for digital compensation.
