The SR03000-2G102A is an original Kollmorgen digital amplifier manufactured under the Servostar series. When interfaced with any of the Goldline motors by Kollmorgen, the SR03000-2G102A functions optimally to create a flawless motion control system. As with most Servostar drives, the SR03000-2G102A features fully digital control loops, self-tuning, and precision torque control. With its compact metal package, this digital drive has a modern construction, suitable for applications with tight installation space constraints. Rather than implementing a single control algorithm, the SR03000-2G102A can freely toggle between the following control algorithms: pole placement, PDFF, and PI. Due to its flexibility, this drive can accommodate various types of machines and applications.
Like other SR03 digital amplifiers, the SR03000-2G102A has a DC bus voltage input range of 110 to 360 volts. At this DC voltage range, the corresponding continuous output current per phase of the amplifier is 3 amperes. As a three-phase digital amplifier, the drive can safely transmit a peak phase current of 6 amperes for 2 seconds. Whenever the digital drive delivers the rated continuous current per phase, the equivalent continuous output power of the drive reaches 1.1 kilowatts. At any point in time, the SR03000-2G102A supports a maximum PWM switching frequency of 16 kHz.
