Product Description:

The SMC-1150 high voltage pulse and direction driver is designed by Kollmorgen and has been made to provide efficient and dependable motion control. This SMC stepper drive accommodates a variety of applications within industrial automation that require consistent performance and accuracy. Its compact shape and advanced functions make it an essential component for the proper operation of motion systems.

The SMC-1150 pulse and direction driver requires an input voltage of 115/230 VAC at a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. It supports a direct current supply voltage of 16 to 32 volts DC, with an optional configuration for 45 volts. It has a stall current consumption of less than 30 mA and a configurable pulse rate ranging from 20 to 10,000 pulses per second. The driver has ramping functionality, that can be changed through a switch on the back panel. The pulse output can source or sink a maximum current of 100 mA. The inputs also have pulse direction mode inputs and an automated reduction of inactive current. Optically isolated inputs with 2200 Ω series resistors provide electrical isolation for increased safety and dependability. The SMC driver is intended to handle a current capacity of 10A, ensuring dependable performance in demanding applications.

The SMC-1150 pulse and direction driver stands out by several prominent features, including a bipolar chopper full/half driver and its compatibility with operation within a voltage range of 90 to 240 volts. This high-performance driver facilitates uninterrupted motion control while guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in operation across a variety of systems. The driver's adjustable design makes it useful in a range of situations that require precise control. We offer a one-year replacement warranty and provide international shipping for all of our products.
