The Seco SL3410-00000 is an AC drive. It has an input voltage rating of 460 Volts AC and an output power rating of 10 Horsepower. This drive is designed for chassis or panel mounting. The SL3410-00000 is part of the SL3000 drive series which is designed for the operation of AC induction motors. Standard features that are available on all SL3000 drives include micro-processor based control, alphanumeric display, dynamic braking, PWM carrier modulation, serial communication, and coast-to-rest / decelerate-to-stop stop modes. An internal dynamic braking resistor is avaible as an option. The operating ambient temperature range for the SL3410-00000 is 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The drives can be operated at altitudes of up to 3300 feet without derating. The drive output voltage ranges from 0 to the input voltage. The output frequency range is 0 to 320 Hertz.
Maximum overload capacity of the SL3410-00000 is 150% for 1 minute. Line protection is available through the use of fuses, capacitors and MOVs. Basic adjustments that are supported on the SL3410-00000 include 0 to 320 Hertz maximum speed, 0.1 to 255 seconds acceleration time, 0.1 to 255 seconds deceleration time, 150% maximum current and 0 to 20 Hertz slip compensation. The status display on the SL3410-00000 can be used to monitor the motor speed, the motor current, the motor frequency, the status of input signals, hours run and drive conditions at last fault. The serial communications port on the drive is a RS-485 port that supports the ANSI protocol. To achieve the maximum performance from the drive it is essential to follow the installation instructions in the product manual. Failure to follow safety procedures can lead to serious injury.
