The SL3407-00000 is a chassis / panel mount AC drive. It is part of the Seco SL3000 product line. The drive delivers 7.5 Horsepower and requires 460 Volts AC input. Dimensions of the drive are: 12.35 inches height, 9 inches width and 7.06 inches depth. The control circuity on the SL3407-00000 drive uses a micro-processor to provide high performance and benefits including complete digital control, customer application settings and diagnostic fault monitoring. The SL3407-00000 comes with a 12-key keypad and a 2-line 16-character LCD display that allows programming and monitoring of all drive parameters. Two braking methods are supported on SL3000 drives: dynamic braking is available as an integrated feature and DC injection braking is available as an optional feature. A RS-485 serial communication interface is avaible on the drive as a standard feature.
The SL3407-00000 drive can be operated without derating provided that the ambient conditions conform to manufacturer recommendations including maximum 1000 meters altitude, 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity and 0 to 55 degrees Celsius temperature. The local analog input on the SL3407-00000 can be used to control speed and is scalable from 1 to 10 Volts DC. The remote analog input on the drive can be used to control speed and is scalable from 0 to 20 milliamps. The analog output voltage range is 0 to 10 Volts DC and can be used to measure speed or torque with a meter. The rated AC input current for the SL3407-00000 drive is 11 Amps.
