Its integrated processor, fan-controlled thermal section, and surface coating option on the printed circuit boards allow deployment in automated packaging, material handling, and machining cells where vibration and airborne contaminants are present.

The drive delivers a continuous output of 72 Arms, a capacity sized for mid-to-high power servo motors that must respond quickly without saturation. It accepts a line range of 208 to 480 V three-phase power, enabling connection to standard factory distribution networks. Internal IGBTs commutate at 8 kHz, a switching rate that balances current ripple against thermal stress in the silicon. Source loading reaches 50 kVA at full rating, so feeder conductors and circuit breakers must be sized for that apparent power. When operating on a 400 V bus, resistive and magnetic losses total 1005 W at 400 V, and the integrated fan with an optional external brake resistor helps remove this heat.
