By combining high-bandwidth current loops with integrated safety logic, the unit removes the need for discrete contactors and still fits into standard 300 mm-deep enclosures.
The drive accepts a line window of 208 to 480 V and is protected by an external fuse rated at 80 A. Under continuous duty, it supplies 72 Arms, while five-second peaks can rise to 140 A to accelerate large inertial loads. To sustain these levels, the input side must provide 50 kVA, and the switching devices dissipate 1005 W of heat that must be removed by cabinet airflow.
