Product Description:

The S7720C-SNF2-PA Kollmorgen digital servo amplifier can be used with third-party stepper motor controllers. This servo amplifier has expansion cards in all three slots. The product must never be operated outside a switchgear cabinet. This device should neither be touched nor opened when it is in use. The unit incorporates insulation or shielding as a built-in protective measure. Its live parts pose a threat of lethal danger. This amplifier has a leakage current of more than 3.5 mA.

The product may cause minor burns if it is touched during the operation phase. This device is intended to be operated with the doors of the cabinet in the closed state. The unit may trigger electrical arcing if its electrical connections are undone in the live state. Its DC bus link voltage must be less than 50 V before handling its components. This amplifier depicts reduced output when the operating conditions are above the specified ambient limits.

The product portrays TUV certification for its STO safety implementation. This device must be used with a motor featuring Class F insulation. The unit is meant to be mounted in the vertical orientation. Its wiring must be done using copper 60 °C / 75 °C wires. This amplifier is not intended to be operated on a standalone basis. The product must be used in residential areas only after the user has implemented additional filter measures. This servo amplifier does not need a large switchgear cabinet for its installation. The product can be supplied from single- or triple-phase TN or TT systems with a grounded neutral point and no more than 42 kA symmetrical current rating.
