The S77202-SNF2-PM is a servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen and supplied within the S700 Servo Drives series. In automation systems, it converts incoming three-phase power into precisely modulated output for synchronous or induction servo motors. This allows closed-loop speed and torque control on production axes, pick-and-place gantries, and other motion tasks that require fast profile execution and integrated safety.

The power section is designed for a continuous phase current of 72 Arms, so drives in this size class can run large motors without external step-up gearboxes. It operates from a line window of 208–480 V, letting a single model cover common North American and European mains. With a capacity of 50 kVA, it can sustain high mechanical output while still delivering headroom for acceleration peaks. The IGBT bridge switches at an output stage frequency of 8 kHz. This high carrier reduces motor acoustic noise and improves current loop bandwidth. To limit motor insulation stress, the drive restricts differential voltage slew to 4.8 kV/µs and specifies a minimum phase inductance of 0.61 mH at 480 V for safe dv/dt absorption.
