With a continuous input demand of 50 kVA, the drive can deliver a peak phase current of 140 Arms for short acceleration events while maintaining a rated output of 72 Arms during steady operation. Power devices are switched at 8 kHz, a frequency that balances motor acoustics with switching losses. Thermal energy generated during braking is handled through an internal path sized for 8 kW of continuous dissipation, and an external 10 Ω brake resistor may be connected for additional absorption.
