The S77202-DNF2-NA is a servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen for the S700 Servo Drives series. As a closed-loop amplifier, it supplies controlled three-phase power to synchronous or induction servomotors in automated machinery, handling velocity, torque, and position commands issued by a motion controller. It supports modular option cards, fieldbus interfaces, and safe torque-off functions used in modern industrial automation cells.

Electrical performance centers on a continuous output of 72 Arms, allowing the drive to energize large frameless or housed motors without saturation. The supply can deliver up to 50 kVA through a three-phase mains connection protected by an 80 A AC fuse. Internal IGBTs switch at 8 kHz, which balances current ripple and thermal loading, while the control circuitry tolerates a residual DC bus drop of 6 V during regeneration.
