The Kollmorgen S7480F-SEF2-NA is a high-performing digital servo amplifier that is intended for driving suitable brushless synchronous servomotors, asynchronous motors, and DC motors with control of torque, speed, and/or position. The rated voltage of the motor should be at least as high as the DC bus link voltage divided by 2 produced by the servo amplifier. The unit should be transported only by qualified personnel in the original recyclable packaging of the manufacturer. Avoid shocks at the time of transport. The transport temperature should be maintained between -25 to +70°C. The device has a SERCOS II expansion card in its first slot and a fan controller in the second slot. The permitted switch on/off frequency of the product is 30 1/h. The servo amplifier should not be used in several environments, including environments with corrosive and/or electrically conductive acids, alkaline solutions, oils, vapors, or dust, directly on non-grounded supply networks or on asymmetrically grounded supplies with a voltage >240V, and ships or offshore applications. In general, the servo amplifier does not require maintenance. The user should not open the device under any circumstances. Opening the unit voids the warranty. The inside of the servo amplifier can be cleaned only by the manufacturer. The device should not be immersed in or sprayed with water or any other liquid.
