The S7480F-NANAPA servo drive is manufactured by Kollmorgen and belongs to the S700 Servo Drives series. It works as the power stage between a motion controller and an industrial motor, supplying vector-controlled current for accurate speed and position control. This arrangement suits demanding automation tasks such as pick-and-place systems, winding equipment, and gantry axes. By regulating motor current directly, the drive helps the connected axis respond quickly to command changes and maintain stable motion under varying load.
