The drive operates on an input range of 208...480V and handles a continuous phase current of 48 Arms, with transient demands accommodated by a peak capacity of 96 Arms. Power is processed at a rated 35 kVA while internal IGBTs switch at 8 kHz to minimize ripple in the motor windings. Control loops can source or sink ±10 V on the analog output channel for external reference or monitoring tasks. In normal conduction the residual DC-link voltage drop is limited to 6 V, helping the connected motor reach commanded torque quickly. Functional safety is addressed by dual channel STO, which removes drive-side energy without mechanical contactors when the safety circuit is triggered.
