S74802-PNF2-PM is a servo drive with three expansion slots. It is manufactured by Kollmorgen. The drive belongs to the S700 series. S700 drives support several integrated features such as Ethernet for EtherCat and SynqNet, RS-232 serial interface, and Safe Torque Off. Three expansion slots offer adaptability via expansion cards. All three slots on the S74802-PNF2-PM unit are occupied. Slot 1 features a Profinet module. Profinet is an international standard for Industrial Ethernet. It supports speeds of 100 Mbps and more and multiple network topologies including start, tree, line and ring. Slot 2 on the S74802-PNF2-PM is occupied by a fan control unit.
